Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins.
Customized cakes cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Same-day delivery orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

The order cannot be fulfilled by SugerCorner.
The order cannot be fulfilled by SugerCorner.
The product arrives damaged due to delivery issues.
Duplicate payment has been made.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

The customer changes their mind after preparation has started.
Incorrect delivery information is provided.
The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
Minor design variations occur in customized cakes.
